TACOMA'S HISTORIC DISTRICT AND ALL THINGS OLD!

I work many of the Pierce County areas and I have always had an interest in homes and architecture of ALL styles, but I have a special appreciation for the “Grand Ol’ Victorian,” “Warm, Cottage Craftsman,” “Shotgun” and “North End Bungalow,” not to mention, our beautiful Neo-Classical homes. Our historic area is a wonderful mixture of eclectic history. The value of working with someone with a real love of the area in which you live is immeasurable.

Clearing out the "Cool Stuff"

This has little to do with real estate but lot's to do with old antiques. The "Cool Stuff" auction house on...well...I can't remember what street right off hand, is emptying out. It's closing it's doors and having a huge final auction where everything goes. Well, since I'm not doing such a great job explaining it, and I can't even remember what street it's on (cuz it's late and I'm tired) I'm including this link so you can get it from the horses mouth off Exit133!

So just click on that...I'm going to bed.
